T-shirt Dealer is not responsible for any customs fees that an order may incur upon its arrival in the destination country. Customs fees are taxes that can sometimes be applied to imported shipments, based on each country’s import regulations.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery via the carrier's website.

To keep your tee in the best condition, we recommend washing it inside-out in cold water and hanging it to dry. Avoid using a dryer as it can damage the print.

We source our products from suppliers like AS Colour, chosen for their high-quality materials and transparent, ethical processes. We are committed to social responsibility and ensure that fair, healthy, and safe practices are upheld throughout our entire supply chain.

Responsible Sourcing: We responsibly source all materials and maintain ethical practices from production to delivery, including a partnership with the Better Cotton Initiative.

Waste Reduction: We have a zero-waste policy for our printing by-products, which are either reused or recycled. We also reuse all ink cartridges and recycle all cardboard packaging.

Plastic Reduction: We have successfully removed nearly all plastic from our supply chain.

Eco-Friendly Ink Disposal: We work with a local Western Sydney supplier who breaks down our leftover ink into environmentally friendly nutrients, enriching the soil.

T-Shirt Dealer is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. In the rare case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we're sorry! T-Shirt Dealer offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact within 30 days of product delivery.

Please get in touch with our team here and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our business, we are currently unable to process returns or exchanges for mistakes in size, color, or if you change your mind. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase!

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
